How do I return an item?

If goods that we supply to you are faulty in any way then we would request that firstly you please notify us by e-mail ( ) or telephone (please see Contact page for numbers), and then return them to us within 7 days in the box they were delivered in. On receipt we will send you a replacement(s) and refund your postage costs.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept back any goods which have been opened or used and which are not faulty. For our perfumes we offer the possibility of ordering a sample vial of each perfume and we suggest that this is the safest way of checking if you like the fragrance before ordering a bottle.
